CEO / Director
Keisuke Ogawa
He is in charge of cross border investment activities among Japan, Singapore and other APAC countries including India.
He established TRI investment Management Pte Ltd for this activity on Jun 2023 in Singapore and became CEO.
He was CEO and CIO at Kenedix Asia. He invested more than SGD 1B assets in Singapore in 2022 and 2023, and executed Credit investment in Indonesia.
He was also director of JV Thailand company Kenedix Asia invested and director of Malaysia REIT.
Before Kenedix Asia, He worked as Head of Strategic Investment Division III in Kenedix inc. and has been involved with more than 100 deals in Japan.
He covered private equity investment, credit investment, Bond investment and also acquisition existing properties, development hotels & office building,
He has 25 years’ experience in investment activities.
Before joining Kenedix, He worked at Lasalle Investment Management. Licensed 1st class architect in Japan.

Prior to joining TRI, he leaded the team as Executive Director in Phoenix Property Investors Limited. In Phoenix, he leaded the team to execute the Investments of over 50 deals and achieved about 80% IRR for its opportunistic fund and about 15% IRR for its Core Plus fund including private equity investment and private credit investment into YK Mitsuya which operates the meat processing business, the private equity investment into the hotel operating company of several hotels.
In addition, he took care of more than US$800M of forex transaction including the forward transactions and the forex swap transactions for its US$ dominated funds.
Before joining Phoenix Property Investors, he started his career in Kenedix, and he worked for REIT, Value-add Fund in Kenedy Wilson including the private equity investments in an affordable housing developer. Also in Kenedix, he worked with Keisuke, the Founder of TRI together, for several deals including the private equity investments into several developer/operator companies and private credit investments in CMBSs, debentures and bonds.
He has a bachelor of Economics from Keio University.
